AYSO PHILOSOPHY

EVERYONE PLAYS
Every child plays at least half of every game (three quarters of every game if the number of players on the team roster permits).

BALANCED TEAMS
Teams are formed each year and are constructed so that all teams have essentially the same chance to succeed. When games are one-sided, neither the teams nor the players are satisfied, and little is gained by either team.

OPEN REGISTRATION
AYSO does not restrict membership on the basis of talent, race, religion, nationality, or creed.

POSITIVE COACHING
Soccer is FUN for players, coaches, and parents. MAKE IT SO!!!

GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP
We want to create a positive environment based on mutual respect, rather than a win-at-all-cost attitude. All our programs must be designed to instill good sportsmanship in every facet of AYSO.
